AimsˇG

  1. To nurture a “Ready to Learn” attitude in students progressively through various teaching strategies.
  2. To cultivate the sense of integrity among students and nurture their leadership skills through serving in school and in the community.
  3. To cater for students’ learning needs by implementing a series of Chinese Layered-teaching activities and utilizing the “Chinese Language Curriculum Second Language Learning Framework”.  
  4. To strengthen students’ self-learning skills and fundamental knowledge in Chinese language through a variety of activities on self-learning strategies.
  5. To stimulate students’ interests and ability to read in Chinese through the 'Reading across the Curriculum' activities and collaborations between the school and other organizations.
  6. To enhance students’ knowledge of Chinese cultures, listening and speaking skills through arranging diversified learning activities.

Collaborating with other subjects in organizing the P.1 interdisciplinary activities “Po Kok Family”. Teachers will read a reader related to the theme with students.
