Second Term

Project Learning:
Project Learning is adopted to enable students to construct study skills through a variety of activities. Students have to conduct interviews, collect and analyse data in the process. (P.2-P.3)

Moral, Civic and National Education:
Cooperate with Moral Education, Chinese, Library and Discipline Team, help students understand about Chinese culture through flag raising ceremonies and various activity days. (P.1-P.6)

Nurture in students the priority values and attitudes, and promote whole-person education.

First Term

Life Skills Programme:
Life skills programme is designed for Key Stage 1 to enhance students’ self-management skills. (P.1-P.2)

November-April

One Person, One Flower Scheme:
In order to promote self management, students will be given a pot of flower to take care and record the growing stages. (P.1-P.6)

December-January

Non-fiction Book Report Activity:
In order to promote self learning and sense of reading environment, cooperate with Library and have the non-fiction book report activity. (P.1-P.6)

Cultivate students’ reading habits and establish students’ recognition towards the importance of healthy lifestyle.

March

World Book Day:
In order to promote reading environment, cooperate with Library Team to arrange activities on World Book Day. (P.1-P.6)

April

Promote reading and help students develop better understanding of healthy eating and regular exercising habits through the ‘Healthy X-generation’ interdisciplinary activities, with the cooperation with Chinese, Mathematics and Library. (P.4)
